Steps to reproduce:
Attempted to open PDF which was generated with the R&OS PDF class (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdf-php/).
Actual results:
The PDF did not render. An empty progress bar is displayed.
Expected results:
The PDF should have rendered.
Same in FF23 (maybe dupe).
