User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20130409194949 Steps to reproduce: Attempted to open PDF which was generated with the R&OS PDF class (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdf-php/). Actual results: The PDF did not render. An empty progress bar is displayed. Expected results: The PDF should have rendered.
Same in FF23 (maybe dupe). Web console: [12:03:49.827] Error: bad XRef entry @ resource://pdf.js/build/pdf.js:761
